📦 Shipping Policy

Non-Serialized Parts & Accessories

We ship all non-serialized parts, Glock 19 accessories, slides, triggers, barrels, holsters, lights, sights, and other gear directly to your door — no FFL required.

  • Shipping Times: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery: Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

  • Tracking: A tracking number is sent to your email once your order ships.

  • Shipping Carrier: We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the item and destination.

🔐 Serialized Items / Complete Firearms

Federal law requires all firearms to be shipped to a licensed FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer. If your order includes a complete Glock 19 or serialized lower/frame, it will be shipped only to an FFL of your choice.

Buyer Responsibility:

  • You must provide a valid FFL address during checkout or via email after placing your order.

  • The firearm will be transferred to you by the FFL dealer after a background check, as required by law.

We do not ship firearms to the following locations due to local laws:

  • California (certain models only)

  • Washington, D.C.

  • Chicago, IL

  • New York City

  • Massachusetts

  • New Jersey

  • Hawaii (firearms and some parts)

  • International addresses


🔄 Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns on eligible items.

✔️ Eligible for Return (within 14 days of delivery):

  • Unused and uninstalled parts/accessories

  • Unopened gear in original packaging

  • Clothing and apparel (unworn)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Firearms (except in cases of damage or manufacturer defect)

  • Ammunition

  • Used parts or items showing signs of installation

  • Custom-made or special-order items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

🔁 Return Instructions:

  1. Contact us at support@glock19store.com to request a Return Authorization (RA).

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable method.

Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

💸 Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • A restocking fee (10–20%) may apply depending on the product.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


📫 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, return, or refund — no hassles.


🔒 Compliance Notice

We strictly follow all federal, state, and local firearms regulations. Firearms will only be shipped to verified FFL dealers. It is your responsibility to ensure all items you order are legal to own in your area.
